Where We Work
Seven Areas, Each With a Completed Project Behind It
At a glance
- We publish a location page only where we have finished a project. Seven areas, not forty.
- Eight of our fourteen completed projects are in Greater London, across seven boroughs.
- Outside London: Slough, Peterborough, Bolton, Bristol, Denham and Haywards Heath.
- Finish a job somewhere new and that area gets a page. Until then it does not.
A location page that names no project tells you nothing you can check. Most SFS contractors publish one for every county in England — the same paragraphs with the county name swapped, no towns, no clients, no completed work. We have taken the opposite approach: a page exists where a building exists, and it is built around that building.

London
Eight of our fourteen completed projects are in Greater London, across seven boroughs — Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster, Croydon, Wandsworth, Enfield, Brent, Kingston and Barnet. That includes the 120-minute fire-rated infill at the former Fulham Gas Depot and the fourteen-storey package at Hathaway House in W9.

Slough and Berkshire
Five storeys at Block B, Grays Place, with a steel pitched roof and bespoke dormers — built with a telehandler and no crane at all.
Peterborough and Cambridgeshire
A two-storey rooftop build at Bayard Plaza on Broadway, forming fourteen duplex penthouses above a 102-apartment conversion of the former city council offices.
SFS contractor in Peterborough
Bolton and Greater Manchester
An acoustic infill wall at Lea Field Way separating offices from military weapons storage, built with eighteen-metre studs installed from MEWPs.
Bristol and the South West
A rooftop full build at South Plaza for Dako Construction and Study Inn, delivered in three weeks with crane lifts taken at weekends to avoid weekday street closures.
Areas with a project but not yet a page
Two areas have one completed project each. One project is enough to be worth naming, and not yet enough to justify a page of its own — so they are listed here, linked straight to the work.
- Buckinghamshire — The Lea, Denham: over 2,000m2 of SFS and external boarding in six weeks, installed by four operatives from scissor lifts.
- West Sussex — Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath: an eight-storey standalone panellised structure for We Build with Frameclad, designed in three months and built in eighteen weeks. Our tallest standalone structure to date.
Why we do not list every county
Because a county page with no project in it is a page about nothing. It cannot name a client, a programme, a site constraint or a fire rating, so it fills the space with the same sentences every competitor uses. Google’s own spam policies name that pattern, and readers see through it faster than search engines do.
The rule we work to is simple: finish a project somewhere new, and that area gets a page built around it. Until then the honest answer is that we travel — we work across London, the South East and the wider UK on suitable schemes — and the place to judge us is the completed projects, not a list of counties.
Working outside these areas
Coverage is a question of scheme, not postcode. Mobilisation, accommodation and logistics all price differently at distance, so tell us where the site is and what the programme looks like and we will say plainly whether we are the right subcontractor for it. See the SFS package and get in touch.

PROJECTS BY AREA.
A page exists where a building exists. These are the completed schemes behind each area.
