The quickest way to get an accurate figure is to send us your RIBA Stage 3 drawings — or the gross walled area, building height, fire rating and access conditions. We return a fixed, itemised scope with clear exclusions and programme assumptions, so you can compare tenders like-for-like. If you’re still at concept stage, a short description of the project and its location is enough to start the conversation, and we’ll tell you what we need to firm up the price.
