Installation
Install.
At BAS Frames, we take Health and Safety (H&S) seriously, ensuring we remain fully compliant with the latest requirements through our SMAS SSIP accreditations.
To uphold these high standards, we have appointed a dedicated Health and Safety Manager who visits all our sites weekly. Their responsibilities include verifying that all H&S packs are completed and submitted to the management team. Weekly toolbox talks are conducted on each site, where access equipment and tools undergo thorough visual inspections.

Health and Safety is our top priority. Ensuring that all our labor-only subcontractors return home safely to their families every day is a responsibility we take very seriously.
We value our long-term subcontractor partners and are committed to their professional growth. To support this, we provide opportunities for upskilling through various training courses, which not only enhance their abilities but also emphasize our shared commitment to safety.

Maintaining standards.
To maintain these standards, BAS Frames employs a dedicated Quality Control Manager who meticulously checks every connection, ensuring all work is executed correctly and in line with the design specifications.
Effective coordination between our onsite teams and management ensures just-in-time deliveries and a smooth installation process.
Seamless communications.
We also prioritize seamless communication across all levels of our operations.
Our installation managers maintain constant and direct access to the design team, enabling quick resolutions to design-related questions or discrepancies. This approach minimizes delays and ensures projects stay on track. At BAS Frames, we believe communication is the key to success, and our teams are always connected—whether they’re onsite, in the design office, or part of the management team.

Fulham Imperial Road –
GAS Depot
The Fulham Imperial Road project presented a unique challenge due to its history as a former gas depot. While the entire site was acquired and managed by St. William, the construction of the GAS depot itself was awarded to Erith, one of Europe’s leading demolition contractors. This project marked a significant milestone for Erith as they ventured into building works, moving beyond their core expertise in demolition. Recognizing the complexity of the task, Erith sought out BAS Frames as their specialist subcontractor, not only for technical execution but also for guidance through the intricate processes involved.
