Infill Systems
The infill system is one of the most effective, efficient, and preferred solutions for forming external walls in concrete frame buildings or conventional steel structure buildings. By constructing the external walls between slabs, this method has proven to be one of the quickest and most environmentally friendly options available. Over the past decade, its popularity has grown significantly due to these advantages.
Our infill systems are designed to accommodate deflections of 20mm to 25mm, forming external walls and structural openings with ease. Our systems have been rigorously tested and can provide fire resistance of up to 90 minutes, with all relevant certifications available upon request.
Stick Build
The steel frame full build system is one of the most efficient, fast, and cost-effective construction methods available today. Designed to form external and internal walls, floors, slabs, lift shafts, and staircases, this system can be used to construct an entire multi-storey building—including blocks of flats—without the need for concrete.
The stick build method is particularly suited for projects where access constraints make traditional construction difficult. By assembling all components onsite, it provides a versatile and practical solution without compromising on quality or efficiency.
Panellised
The Pre-Panelised construction method involves factory-assembled panels delivered to the site, where they are swiftly installed using a crane. This approach prioritises speed, quality, and efficiency, making it one of the most effective building methods available today.
Due to its advantages, many developers and investors who have adopted the Pre-Panelised method never return to conventional construction techniques.
