In 2018, we completed a kindergarten project in Finchley, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. The main structure of the building was constructed using Hot Rolled Steel (HRS), while our team expertly formed the external walls and window openings with Steel Frame Systems (SFS).

HRS and SFS Infill System Delivered in Under 3 Weeks

The infill system was clad externally with CP board, and the entire project was completed in less than three weeks. Our scope of work involved infilling all external walls around the structural steel frame. This was a straightforward project, and our experienced team ensured smooth execution, completing the job efficiently and meeting the agreed deadline.

The use of SFS infill walls in combination with the HRS frame ensures an early dry envelope for the building. This lightweight dry construction system enables other trades to commence work much sooner than traditional blockwork, significantly reducing the overall project timeline and facilitating quick occupancy for the client.
