In 2018, we successfully completed this project for Study Inn and DAKO Construction, showcasing our ability to deliver high-quality results under challenging circumstances. The project involved constructing a one-storey rooftop full build system with CP boards installed across the external walls.
Meeting the tight deadline was crucial for our client, and we were proud to exceed expectations. Our team demonstrated exceptional commitment by working over weekends to ensure timely completion. This project held particular significance as one of the first for DAKO Construction as a main contractor, with their reputation on the line. We ensured all their needs and requirements were met, reinforcing our reputation as a reliable partner.
One of the most significant challenges was transporting materials to the rooftop. Given the project’s high-street location, all deliveries had to be lifted via crane. To minimize costs for our client, these operations were scheduled on weekends, as closing the main street during the week would have been prohibitively expensive. Despite these logistical hurdles, we successfully delivered a high-quality finish, earning DAKO’s trust and securing them as a repeat client.
